Dan Jellinek - Food Editor

Dan Jellinek Dan Jellinek, Food Editor of Scoff!, is a journalist and publisher with more than a decade's experience writing about the internet. He has contributed extensively to The Guardian and the BBC's WebWise campaign for new internet users. He has also written food website reviews for BBC Good Food Magazine. Dan is director and co-founder of the Brighton-based publishing house Headstar(http://www.headstar.com). He also writes about politics, and in 2004 he was voted among the top 10 individuals and organisations worldwide that are having the greatest impact on the way the Internet is changing politics.

Jonathan Ray - Drinks Editor

Jonathan Ray Jonathan Ray, Drinks Editor of Scoff!, spent several years in the wine trade before becoming a journalist. He is the wine correspondent of the Daily Telegraph and has written several books on wine including Bloodlines & Grapevines and the best-selling Red Wine and White Wine. His latest book, All About Wine, was published in September 2005 by Ryland Peters & Small. He has a PhD in history from London University and is a frequent contributor to the Spectator, the Guardian and GQ, writing on wine, travel and other subjects.
Jonathan is the winner of the British Guild of Beer Writers' 2005 Artois Bock Award for National Journalism.

Jo Weatherall Jo Weatherall, Marketing Director of Gastronomail, is founder of Frank! Communication Solutions. Previously Jo was Managing Director of web design agency, INsOMNIOUS Ltd whose clients included the London Eye, Roche Pharmaceuticals and Alton Towers.
For five years prior to that she was a founder member of customer magazine publisher Beyond Communications, where her clients included Rover Cars, Compuserve, and Telewest.
